The homes are arranged in groupings of eight, offering you a choice of the lower level with a patio or second story properties with balconies. The community features four pools and spas, all of which are available for your use. Old Town offers sidewalk cafes, fine dining, casual dining, shops, galleries and numerous outdoor festivals and events. The Villas surround the Embassy Suites Hotel, but are independently offered and managed by Fairway Vacation Rentals. This is a non-smoking property. Check-in is located at 76-300 Country Club Dr., Palm Desert, CA. Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. ALL CHECK-INS ARE AT OUR MAIN OFFICE, which is conveniently located en route to the property- 76300 Country Club Dr., Palm Desert, CA. Please have your reservation info and valid drivers license with you at check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If you are checking in after business hours, please be sure to contact the rental office at 1-760-345-5695 well in advance to arrange for a late night lock box. Lock boxes are located just outside the entry door to our rental office. We have 24 hour on-call availability if assistance is needed. La Quinta is in the heart of the upscale resort communities near Palm Springs, CA. The surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains provide a breathtaking backdrop of ever-changing light.
