Close to Qualcomm Stadium and Biotech Companies. Downtown is less than 20 minutes, and La Jolla is 5 minutes away. Some of the attractions in the area include John Birch Aquarium, Seaworld, Old town, Legoland, MCAS Miramar and Scripps Memorial Hospital.
